Qualified candidates will understand the history of and vision for our ministry. We are especially in need of diverse voices that represent the fullness of our church: rural and urban perspective, queer and allied people of color, individuals who are disabled, youth perspective, LGBTQ+ elder, parents of LGBTQ+ youth, skilled individuals in development as well as social media. A demonstrated commitment to justice for vulnerable groups will enhance how we can live into our mission to build a just, inclusive church. The Council strives for diversity based on race, ethnicity, cultural background, affectional and sexual orientation, age, ability, and geographical representation.
