This Building an Inclusive Church (BIC) toolkit training is an excellent gateway for those ministries that want more information or support on our suggested O+A process, which utilizes the BIC Toolkit. The BIC is available for free download on our website. It is an ecumenical resource designed to prioritize conversation and connection while minimizing division. A BIC training helps you design and implement a journey for your faith community to publicly and intentionally welcome people of all gender expressions and sexual orientations. The training empowers congregations and ministries to create a grace-filled process towards becoming Open + Affirming.
