Phillips Theological Seminary and Eight Congregations Added to Open & Affirming Ministries

It was only two months ago that Crossbeams reported 2 new Open & Affirming Ministries.

Since then, eight congregations have been added to Alliance Q’s list of Open & Affirming Ministries along with Phillips Theological Seminary.

Each of these ministries came to be Open & Affirming in it’s own unique way. Some through intentional study, some taking the journey over time, some were founded as Open & Affirming Ministries.

All have made a prayerful and educated decision to add their name to Alliance Q’s list of Open & Affirming Ministries of the Christian Church, proclaiming that all are welcome to the full life and leadership of the church.
