National Avenue Christian Church is a community committed to being open, inclusive, and affirming. Each and every person is an important part of our ongoing conversations about justice and spirituality. Our community is a safe place for all people, and we celebrate our diversity of race, creed, religion, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities and expressions.

The centerpiece of our community life is our worship. Traditional in style and informal in atmosphere, National Avenue springs from the rich heritage of the Christian faith, drawing on liturgies both old and new to enrich our shared spiritual experiences as a community of faith.

We are eager to welcome a Co-Pastor who seeks to work collaboratively as we discover new ways to build community through spiritual practices that are relevant to families and our community.

We are looking for someone to help deepen our learning environment that honors questions and progressive Christian theology and wish to strengthen opportunities to partner with diverse families as we seek to live the Way of Jesus.
