GLAD Weclomes Three New O&A Congregations in April

Three congregations have added their names to GLAD’s list of Open & Affirming Ministries during the month of April.

First Christian Church in Chicago Heights IL was inspired by General Assembly Resolution 1327 to proclaim its welcome of all in its official mission statement.

Galileo Church in Mansfield TX is a new church start that focuses on attracting ‘spiritual refugees.’ Their motto? “Test Our Welcome”

Origin Fellowship in Spokane WA has been resurrecting itself for the past 8 years, living out welcome, and when they voted to become O&A this past Palm Sunday the vote was unanimous.
