We Remember Bob Glover

With heavy hearts we report the passing of Bob Glover, a friend of LGBTQ people in the Christian Church and of the Alliance since its earliest days.

Rev. Dr. Judith Wray, one of the first Council Members and Moderators of the Alliance, upon sharing the news with us, couldn’t help but remind us that “We have lost a dear friend!!” And Rev. Dan Adolphson, immediate past Moderator of the Alliance, also sending us the news, shared that “We have indeed lost not only a dear friend, but a fierce defender of the Alliance in some of the darker moments of our history.”
